Privacy Policy
In short: Image to PDF processes your images and PDFs only on your device — they are never uploaded. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking. The only data processed off your device is what is needed to manage your subscription (an anonymous app user ID and your purchase history), handled by Apple or Google and our payment provider RevenueCat.
Who we are
Image to PDF (“the app”) is developed and published by Caner Koçaş (“we”, “us”). If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at agonapps.support@gmail.com.
Information the app handles
- Images you choose or take. When you pick images from your photo library or take a photo with the camera, the app processes them on your device to create a PDF.
- PDFs you create. PDFs, their page count and a small preview image are saved in the app’s private storage on your device (and, on iPhone and iPad, in the app’s folder in the Files app).
This content never leaves your device through the app. It is not sent to us or to any third party, and we have no access to it.
Permissions
- Camera: used only when you tap “Camera” to photograph a document. Photos are used solely to create your PDF.
- Photos: the app uses the system photo picker. It only receives the images you select and does not ask for access to your whole photo library.
You can change these permissions at any time in your device settings.
Subscriptions and payments
Creating PDFs requires an auto-renewing subscription (Image to PDF Pro). Payments are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never receive your payment details.
To check whether your subscription is active, the app uses RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc.) as our payment service provider. RevenueCat receives a random, anonymous app user ID generated on your device, your store transaction and purchase history for this app, and basic technical data such as platform, app version, device country/region and IP address. This data is used only to provide and restore your subscription, is not linked to your name or email, and is not used for advertising or tracking. See RevenueCat’s privacy policy. Apple’s and Google’s privacy policies apply to the purchase itself.
Sharing and saving
When you choose to share a PDF or save it somewhere else (for example with the share sheet, to the Files app, to Google Drive or to a folder), the file is handed to the app or service you select. Their privacy policies then apply. The app never shares files on its own.
What we do not do
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics, tracking or profiling, and no cookies.
- No selling or sharing of data with advertisers or data brokers.
- No transfer of your images or PDFs over the internet.
If you have enabled sharing of diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may provide us with anonymous crash reports. These do not contain your images or documents.
Data retention and deletion
Everything the app stores stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete PDFs in the “My Documents” tab. Uninstalling the app removes all of its data from your device. Subscription records are kept by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat for as long as needed to provide your subscription and to meet legal (e.g. tax) obligations.
Children
The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your rights
We do not hold your images, documents, name or email. For subscription data, you can contact us to exercise your rights of access, correction or deletion under the GDPR or Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK). Subscription processing is based on performing our contract with you.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page and update the effective date above.

Biz kimiz

Uygulamanın işlediği bilgiler
- Seçtiğiniz veya çektiğiniz görseller. Fotoğraf arşivinizden görsel seçtiğinizde ya da kamerayla fotoğraf çektiğinizde uygulama bunları PDF oluşturmak için cihazınızda işler.
- Oluşturduğunuz PDF’ler. PDF’ler, sayfa sayıları ve küçük bir önizleme görseli cihazınızda uygulamanın özel depolama alanına (iPhone ve iPad’de ayrıca Dosyalar uygulamasındaki uygulama klasörüne) kaydedilir.
Bu içerikler uygulama aracılığıyla cihazınızdan hiçbir zaman çıkmaz; bize veya üçüncü kişilere gönderilmez ve bizim bunlara erişimimiz yoktur.
İzinler
- Kamera: yalnızca bir belgeyi fotoğraflamak için “Kamera”ya dokunduğunuzda kullanılır. Fotoğraflar yalnızca PDF’inizi oluşturmak için kullanılır.
- Fotoğraflar: uygulama sistemin fotoğraf seçicisini kullanır. Yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz görselleri alır, fotoğraf arşivinizin tamamına erişim istemez.
Bu izinleri istediğiniz zaman cihaz ayarlarından değiştirebilirsiniz.
Abonelik ve ödemeler
PDF oluşturmak otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik (Image to PDF Pro) gerektirir. Ödemeler tamamen Apple (App Store) veya Google (Google Play) tarafından işlenir; ödeme bilgileriniz bize hiçbir zaman ulaşmaz.
Aboneliğinizin etkin olup olmadığını kontrol etmek için uygulama, ödeme hizmet sağlayıcımız RevenueCat’i (RevenueCat, Inc.) kullanır. RevenueCat’e cihazınızda oluşturulan rastgele ve anonim bir uygulama kullanıcı kimliği, bu uygulamaya ait mağaza işlemleriniz ve satın alma geçmişiniz ile platform, uygulama sürümü, cihaz ülkesi/bölgesi ve IP adresi gibi temel teknik bilgiler iletilir. Bu veriler yalnızca aboneliğinizi sağlamak ve geri yüklemek için kullanılır; adınız veya e-postanızla ilişkilendirilmez, reklam veya takip amacıyla kullanılmaz. Ayrıntılar için RevenueCat gizlilik politikası’na bakın. Satın alma işleminin kendisine Apple’ın ve Google’ın gizlilik politikaları uygulanır.
Paylaşma ve kaydetme
Bir PDF’i paylaşmayı veya başka bir yere kaydetmeyi seçtiğinizde (örneğin paylaşım menüsü, Dosyalar uygulaması, Google Drive veya bir klasör), dosya seçtiğiniz uygulamaya ya da hizmete iletilir ve onların gizlilik politikaları geçerli olur. Uygulama dosyaları kendiliğinden hiçbir yerle paylaşmaz.
Yapmadıklarımız
- Hesap veya oturum açma yoktur.
- Reklam ve reklam kimliği kullanımı yoktur.
- Analiz, takip, profilleme ve çerez yoktur.
- Veriler reklamcılara veya veri simsarlarına satılmaz ya da aktarılmaz.
- Görselleriniz veya PDF’leriniz internet üzerinden aktarılmaz.
Cihaz ayarlarınızda geliştiricilerle tanılama verisi paylaşımını açtıysanız Apple veya Google bize anonim çökme raporları iletebilir. Bu raporlar görsellerinizi veya belgelerinizi içermez.
Saklama ve silme
Uygulamanın sakladığı her şey siz silene kadar cihazınızda kalır. PDF’leri “Belgelerim” sekmesinden silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda tüm verileri cihazınızdan silinir. Abonelik kayıtları, aboneliğinizi sağlamak ve yasal (ör. vergi) yükümlülükleri yerine getirmek için gerektiği süre boyunca Apple veya Google ile RevenueCat tarafından saklanır.
Çocuklar
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.
Haklarınız
Görsellerinizi, belgelerinizi, adınızı veya e-postanızı tutmayız. Abonelik verileriyle ilgili olarak 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) veya GDPR kapsamındaki erişim, düzeltme ve silme haklarınızı kullanmak için bize ulaşabilirsiniz. Abonelik verilerinin işlenmesinin hukuki sebebi sizinle kurduğumuz sözleşmenin ifasıdır.
Politikadaki değişiklikler
Bu politika değişirse yeni sürümü bu sayfada yayınlar ve yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihini güncelleriz.
