Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Image to PDF app (“the app”), published by Caner Koçaş (“we”). By installing or using the app you agree to them.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app except where the law expressly allows it.
2. Subscription
Creating and saving PDFs requires an auto-renewing subscription (“Image to PDF Pro”), available as a weekly, monthly or yearly plan. The price of each plan is shown in the app before you buy and is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (week, month or year) at the same price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel it at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Canceling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
- If the price changes, you will be informed in advance as required by the store, and you can cancel before the new price applies.
PDFs you already created remain on your device and can still be viewed and shared without a subscription.
3. Your content
Images and PDFs you create with the app remain yours and stay on your device. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to photograph, convert and share them, and for keeping your own backups.
4. Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful purposes. Do not use it to create or distribute content that infringes others’ rights or breaks the law.
5. No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that files created with it will suit a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the loss of files or data arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. App stores
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its support.
8. Privacy
How the app handles information is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar, Caner Koçaş (“biz”) tarafından yayınlanan Image to PDF uygulamasının (“uygulama”) kullanımına uygulanır. Uygulamayı yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Lisans
Size, uygulamayı sahibi olduğunuz veya kontrol ettiğiniz cihazlarda bu koşullara ve uygulamayı indirdiğiniz mağazanın kurallarına uygun olarak kullanmanız için kişisel, münhasır olmayan, devredilemez ve geri alınabilir bir lisans veriyoruz. Yasanın açıkça izin verdiği durumlar dışında uygulamayı kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez, tersine mühendislik uygulayamaz, yeniden satamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.
2. Abonelik
PDF oluşturmak ve kaydetmek, haftalık, aylık veya yıllık plan olarak sunulan otomatik yenilenen bir abonelik (“Image to PDF Pro”) gerektirir. Her planın fiyatı satın almadan önce uygulamada gösterilir ve satın almayı onayladığınızda Apple kimliğinize veya Google Play hesabınıza yansıtılır.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece her dönemin (hafta, ay veya yıl) sonunda aynı fiyatla otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ya da iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, sonraki yenilemeleri durdurur; erişiminiz ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar devam eder.
- İadeler Apple veya Google tarafından kendi politikalarına göre yürütülür.
- Fiyat değişirse mağazanın gerektirdiği şekilde önceden bilgilendirilirsiniz ve yeni fiyat uygulanmadan önce iptal edebilirsiniz.
Daha önce oluşturduğunuz PDF’ler cihazınızda kalır; abonelik olmadan da görüntülenebilir ve paylaşılabilir.
3. İçerikleriniz
Uygulamayla oluşturduğunuz görseller ve PDF’ler size aittir ve cihazınızda kalır. Bunları fotoğraflama, dönüştürme ve paylaşma hakkına sahip olduğunuzdan emin olmak ve kendi yedeklerinizi almak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
4. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı yalnızca hukuka uygun amaçlarla kullanın. Başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden veya yasalara aykırı içerik oluşturmak ya da dağıtmak için kullanmayın.
5. Garanti verilmemesi
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut haliyle” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın hatasız veya kesintisiz çalışacağına ya da onunla oluşturulan dosyaların belirli bir amaca uygun olacağına dair garanti vermeyiz.
6. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan veya dosya ya da veri kayıplarından sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm, yasa gereği sınırlandırılamayan sorumluluğu sınırlamaz.
7. Uygulama mağazaları
Uygulamayı Apple App Store’dan indirdiyseniz Apple’ın Lisanslı Uygulama Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi de geçerlidir. Google Play’den indirdiyseniz Google Play Hizmet Şartları da geçerlidir. Apple ve Google uygulamadan veya desteğinden sorumlu değildir.
8. Gizlilik
Uygulamanın bilgileri nasıl işlediği Gizlilik Politikası’nda açıklanmıştır.
9. Değişiklikler ve sona erme
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; yeni sürüm yeni yürürlük tarihiyle bu sayfada yayınlanır. Uygulamayı kaldırarak kullanımı istediğiniz zaman sonlandırabilirsiniz.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici tüketici koruma hükümleri saklı kalmak kaydıyla Türkiye Cumhuriyeti kanunlarına tabidir.
